TAKE ACTION:

1. Gather the supplies you already have (if you think you don't have any - look harder - magazines/pens/scissors/buttons/photos/paint). Spread them out (on the floor if you're like me!) and start to just test them out. Just on some scrap paper if you're not ready to start in a journal. Start making marks - use every colour pen you have, every size brush. Start cutting and sticking. Don't overthink it. See how many different marks and patterns you can make with what limited resources you have - you will be surprised!. Test and play and push those supplies to their limits. REMEMBER: your page doesn't have to look 'good', in fact I challenge you to make a messy ugly page!

2. Go hunting/shopping for the basics
